Digital Attendance Management System

The Digital Attendance Management System (DAMS) uses biometric fingerprint verification to record attendance of outsourced/contractual staff at CGHS Wellness Centres.

• Fingerprint-based identification via Mantra MFS100 scanner
• Shift roster management for security & support staff
• Fixed or roster-based attendance windows per employee
• System-generated monthly attendance registers

• Each centre has a dedicated attendance terminal with fingerprint scanner.
• Staff must enrol their fingerprint through the Centre Admin before first use.
• Attendance window is defined per staff — fixed time or shift-based roster.
• Proxy attendance is not possible with biometric verification.
• Monthly attendance registers are generated automatically for record keeping.
